Refund and Returns Policy

At Preskocart, we are committed to providing you with the freshest products and the best customer experience. However, we understand that situations may arise where a return or refund is necessary. Please review the following policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns and exchanges are accepted within one (1) calendar day from the date of delivery. If more than 1 day have passed since the delivery, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • A copy of the order receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange, please contact our Customer Support Team immediately upon receiving your order:

📦 Return shipping costs will be shouldered by Preskocart, provided the return meets our eligibility criteria.

Tip for Hassle-Free Return:
At the time of delivery, we encourage you to inspect the items immediately. If there are quality concerns, notify our delivery staff on the spot. We can process same-day returns and resolve your request without delay.

4. Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within one (1) business day. You will receive a confirmation via SMS or email.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, such as:

  • GCash
  • Bank Transfer (BDO or BPI)

Note: The speed of the refund will depend on your bank’s or e-wallet provider’s processing times, which may vary.

5. Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items

Please note the following exceptions:

  • Sale or discounted items are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged unless proven defective.
  • Perishable goods (e.g., fresh vegetables, fruits, meats, seafood, dairy, baked goods, etc.) are strictly non-returnable, except in cases where the product was delivered spoiled or damaged.
Why Perishables Are Non-Returnable:
  • 🛡️ Health & Safety Regulations: We cannot guarantee food safety once the product has left our care.
  • ⚠️ Risk of Contamination: Returned food items may have been improperly stored or handled.
  • Quality Control Standards: We never resell returned perishables to ensure product freshness.
  • Time-Sensitive Shelf Life: Fresh products lose quality quickly, making returns unviable.
  • 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Customer Protection: This policy ensures every customer receives safe, untouched products.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you received a damaged, spoiled, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We may request a photo for verification and will process your refund or replacement promptly.
