ORDERS

What is the minimum order?

The minimum order total is 500 PHP, not including the delivery fee.

Can I modify my order after placing it?

No. You need to review your orders individually because they are not editable after placing them. But if you need to change something in your orders, don't hesitate to call us. We are happy to serve you.

How do I reorder from my previous purchases?

Under your account, click your orders tab, and you'll see all of your past purchases. You can reorder them if their status is complete. Pressing it will direct you to your cart, where you can review and modify your order.

Where is my order?

Preskocart orders are designed to arrive within the timeslot you select. If unforeseen events cause your order to be late, we will call you. On the day of delivery, feel free to call us at +63 977 706 2966 for immediate assistance.

How can I view the status of my order?

To view your delivery details or to see which items you ordered, visit Your Orders.

What if I receive a product that I am dissatisfied with?

Please contact us before discarding any item that you are not satisfied with, as we may pick it up and replace it as part of our quality assurance program to help improve future deliveries. For more information, please refer to the REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY.

How do I create a shopping list (a wishlist)?

Personalized shopping lists are a great way to plan ahead for the items you'll need in the future. Shopping lists are created separate from your shopping cart, and you have the ability to create more than one and give them all unique names. Simply find your favorite item and click the heart icon to add it to your wishlist.
You can save your item to an existing list or create a new one. This is one of our favorite ways to do party and event planning!

PRESKOCART DELIVERY

How is delivery cost calculated?

The delivery depends on your location's distance and the weight of your purchase. We have provided the exact delivery cost for your purchase below.

  • Base fee: 55 php
  • Cost per km: + 7 php
  • Weight Limit: 20 kg.
    + 1.00 php (above 20 kg.)

The weight limit is 20 kilograms; any excess weight beyond this limit will incur a charge of 1 peso for each additional kilogram.

How do I change my password?

In your account dashboard, click the account details tab, and from there, you can change your password.

What if I forget my password?

Just click lost your password. We'll ask you to enter your username or email and then we'll send you an e-mail containing a secure link that you can use to change your password and start shopping again.

How do I update my delivery address?

In your account dashboard, click the addresses tab, and from there, you can change your billing and shipping address.

PRESKOCART PASA-BUY

Pasa-Buy Instruction.

Before filling up the Pasa-Buy order form, first add items to your cart, check out, and place an order. You can find your most recent order number in your Account—Orders section. Your latest order number is what you will enter in the first field in the Pasa-Buy order form.

We will use the order number you provided in the pasa-buy order form to determine where we will deliver your pasa-buy order.

Remember!
Every time you create an order through the Pasa-Buy service, you must create a new order from Preskocart to receive a new order number. This is because your new order number serves as your token to place an order through Pasa-Buy.

What is Preskocart Pasa-Buy?

Pasa-Buy is another way to buy a product through Preskocart. Pasa-Buy, also known as Pabili or Buy For Me, allows you to purchase products from the Pasa-Buy Order Form through Preskocart even if they are not available in the Preskocart online store, as long as they are available in the public market or another grocery store. We will buy the product you want and deliver it to you.

How it works?

We will find the products you want to buy from the public market or another grocery store that are not available in Preskocart, purchase them for you, and then deliver your purchases from Pasa-Buy along with your most recent Preskocart order.

Is there a shipping fee in Pasa-Buy?

Yes, the shipping fee is 1 peso per kilogram.

How do I pay for the Pasa-Buy order?

For now, Cash on Delivery

Are my orders from Preskocart and Pasa-Buy on the same receipt?

The receipts for your order on Preskocart and Pasa-Buy are separate.

What products are not allowed to be purchased through Pasa-Buy?

Why do we have the Pasa-Buy service in Preskocart?

1. We comprehend that the consumer prefers to purchase at a single store rather than navigating between various online retailers.

2. Not all products are available on Preskocart, either because we haven't added them to our online store or because we don't sell them. However, you can still purchase these products through the Pasa-Buy Order Form.

Pasa-Buy Terms And Conditions
  1. Only submit the PasaBuy order if you are 100% sure.

  2. No cancellation of the order.

    Strictly, no cancellation of an order will be allowed once the Pasa-Buy order has been processed unless items are out of stock.

  3. No exchange.
    Once we have purchased the items as specified in the Pasa-Buy order form, we will not accept any exchanges. Be specific with your orders. 
  4. We allow refunds, returns, and exchanges.

    We allow refunds, returns, and exchanges ONLY if the fault is proven to be on our end, e.g., the item purchased was different from what was ordered, etc. We do not allow change of mind.

  5. Payment Method

    Pay your Pasa-Buy Order upon delivery.

PRICES

Why are some prices estimated?

While shopping, you will see in your cart and also on the product an estimated weight and price for variable-weight items, which are priced by kilogram. We weigh each item on the day of your delivery to determine the final price you see on your actual receipt.

Please note that until you complete checkout, the unit price of any product on the site and in your cart may change to reflect current market conditions. We guarantee that you'll always pay the true price for the actual weight and price of your products.

Why different final totals? 

The total you see when you place an order on Ralyn's Marketplace includes the delivery fee and the estimated total. The final total could change because:

You got a refund for out-of-stock items.
Replacements for items that are out-of-stock with an item that has a different price
You added additional items after placing the order.
You bought something like fruits or veggies, and the actual weight is slightly different.

What prices are subject to change without prior notice?

It means that you could come another day, and the price of the same item may be different than last time, and no one is responsible for notifying you of that price change. Even if you have already placed an order, we will change the price of the products depending on the current market conditions. We guarantee that you'll always pay the true price, ''Presyong Palengke''. 

RETURN, REFUND AND EXCHANGE

Do you accept return, refund, and exchange?

We can always return, refund, or replace anything that is not in good condition or those products that we provide incorrectly.

The customer must first examine the product that they received before our delivery executive so we can apply for a return, refund, or exchange immediately.
